Shipping policy
Diamond tools (blades, core bits, pads, etc) are a flat rate of $15 under $499.99, free for an order $500+, charged at the time of sale.
Sinkits - Shipping charges are calculated by weight and charged at the time of sale.
Some machines and parts will ship by UPS or FedEx. The fee will be calculated at checkout.
OmniCubed and Alpha products (except diamond tools, policy above) have free shipping for orders over $250 to a commercial address. Residential addresses may incur an additional charge. Orders under $250 may incur regular UPS or FedEx shipping charges.
Blue Ripper saws have free shipping to a commercial address within the contiguous US. We offer free shipping on rails as will, when purchased with a saw. If purchased alone, there will be additional shipping cost that will be invoiced and must be paid before the item can be shipped.
Oversized machines and equipment will ship via LTL truck, with cost calculated at checkout. If shipping is not calculated at checkout, shipping will be calculated and added to the invoice after the sale. In that case, the cost is not included in the on line order system. We recommend that you reach out for a shipping quote before completing your order. If you choose to check out before receiving a quote, you will be contacted with the shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe prior to the order being processed. It will not be charged without your explicit approval in advance. We do recommend delivering these oversized items to a commercial address. Residential delivery has an additional charge from the carriers, which includes lift gate and appointment service to help with getting the item off the truck. You might see this listed as R/L in the shipping line at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, any free shipping promotion or offer is for delivery to a commercial address in the contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii not included. Residential addresses may have an additional fee.
Expedited shipping is available and will have an additional fee, calculated upon request.
In times of rising fuel prices, we reserve the right to add a fuel surcharge on all shipments.
