Vision XTREM Quartzite Bridge Saw Blade

Tired of dressing blades?  Do you use a different blade for every Quartzite job?  The new Vision XTREM is the only blade needed for cutting Granite, Quartz and Quartzite. The XTREM can cut an ENTIRE SLAB of Quartzite in 30 min or less! It will cut Taj Mahal, and other hard Quartzite materials, at 80"/minute in a SINGLE PASS.  In Granite and Quartz, it will do straight cuts up to 470" per minute, and miter cuts up to 315" per minute. In addition, it boasts the following features:

Recommeded Parameters:

• Quartzite - 1500-1800 RPM, 80" to 200" per minute feed rate
• Quartz & Granite - 2100-2700 RPM, 120" to 470"+ per minute feed rate

Important Tips for the best performance: 

1. Please make sure that you have excellent water flow.  Ensure the water tubes are pointed where the blade meets the stone. Flushing the slurry from the cut is important for longer life. 
2. Open/break-in the blade when it is new.  Make a cut at a feed rate of 30 to 40" per minute for about 10' to expose more diamonds on the segments.
