Wodiam Wendy-XP Silent Core Blade (Granite, Quartz/ES & Porcelain)

The Wendy-XP blade is for mostly granite and ES (quartz), but with increasing amounts of ceramic materials. This blade is designed for saws with adjustable rpm and works well on all materials except quartzite. The Wendy will work at exceptionally high speeds and will give you very good lifespan for such a versatile blade. Most effective when cutting a mixture of materials and can cut up to 720” per minute.

For optimal performance, follow the parameters listed in the document link below. In addition, the water flow is critical for the blade to perform. Ensure the blade gets 4 to 5 gallons a minute.  The water must be directed to hit the blade right where it is coming into contact with the stone.  This will keep the slurry flushed from the cut and will allow the blade to run at higher speeds.  If the water tubes are directed at the sides of the blade, the slurry will not get flushed from the cut and will reduce optimal performance.
